Sunday (9 August 2026) we have our Annual General Meeting (AGM), after the morning church service. We will first enjoy a lunch together, so please, if you can bring a plate to share for this, we would really appreciate it. After lunch we will then start the AGM around noon.

In preparation for this, we please ask that you have a read through the AGM report, which has been emailed out but if you missed that please click on the link below to access the report.

Reading the report beforehand will help you to know what will be covered in the meeting, and you can prepare any questions/enquires about what is written in the report. This will help the afternoon run smoother and quickly, as we would not need to read the whole report again.

We would really appreciate it if all church members could attend the meeting; this is both important and beneficial for our members to know what is happening in our various church ministries and also for us as a church to hear from you, so that we can keep OCC and our ministries rooted in God to continue to help others discover God and share Christ's love.
