Unwrapping the Greatest Gift - Christmas Eve Service

Remember the excitement of receiving gifts as a child? As we get older, Christmas loses that magic touch and we lose the true meaning somewhere among the busy stores and empty bags of fruit cake mix.

Our gift to you is to help you find the joy of Christmas again.

Join us at Orewa Community Church as we discover the truth of Christ's birth and why His birth was the greatest gift of all!!

All-age Family Celebration & Christmas Supper

PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE NO 10AM SERVICE ON SUNDAY 24th DECEMBER

We run a programme every second Friday of the school term and it's for ages 11 and up. We do a variety of activities ...Come along and check us out!

After such a fun winter games night we are continuing with the winter theme and this coming Friday PACE are going on a Night Hike. We will be driving out to Shakespeare Park and completing the waterfall trail and going up to the lookout. We hope to see some glow worms in the bush and are hoping also for a clear night so we can look across to the city lights and see the stars! It will be a fun night, but make sure you rug up warm and wear some old shoes as it may be a little muddy.

Bring your friends, $2 and warm clothes. Meet at the church 7pm.

Any questions let Rob or Marina know.

We want to extend a warm welcome to all of you who want to join us this year. We are heading up to Marsden Bay Christian Camp 3-5March. It is a recently remodeled camp, whcih means it has nice new and safe facilities which include Kayaks, Confidence Course, Beach Volleyball, Archery, firepit and a Waterslide.

The theme for camp is looking at the Armour of God (which is continuing on from our church series in Ephesians), There will be four teaching sessions where we will look into understanding the battle, ways we can become armed and dangerous and to still be standing (victorious) at the end of the battle.

We have a great camp organised and there will be times for conversations and getting to know each other better, fun and competitive activities plus times for learning and prayer.

Sign up by Sunday 26th Feb!!
